Refund policy

I want you to LOVE your Mellow Mamas order, but I also understand that sometimes things just don't fit right! 

Returns accepted on all full-price items within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges accepted on all full-price items within 30 days of receiving your order. To return/exchange an item, please contact me at shopmellowmamas@gmail.com and provide your order number. Once I receive your item in ORIGINAL and UNUSED condition with tags intact, I will offer a shop credit with the dollar amount in which the item was purchased for. (Discounts & promotions cannot transfer to a new purchase)

All discounted/clearance items and items purchased during a sale are considered FINAL SALE!
